The reson for this email on a Saturday morning is that i have been on hold for almost 30 min for at supervisors because the customer service representative is telling me that i can not get the unlock code for my phone because it have not been 90 days i have had the phone. My attorney tells me that I can get the code for it and dont have to wait because i am the onwer of the phone and if there was a balance owed to the phone then you all could do such. Now if i can not get the code then legal action will take place. Thank you sir and u can email me or call my home phone (xxx) xxx-xxxx
