Complaint Review: Jeremy M Alston

My ex husband has never paid chid support since our divorce. I have taken him to court over and over again and he always works the system.

I just want him to pay and support his children. He works under the table as a maintence man and never works so that his pay can be garnished. My children are 1 and 3 yrs old. We have been divorced for one year.

He got a job for 2 weeks right before our last court hearing and then quit one week after our court hearing to get around paying again. I'm am so tired of handling everything on my own and he always gets away with it
