Purchase a 2001 Ford Windstar that needed to have new shocks and struts. I had purchased the parts and was charged over $300 for labor to have them installed. When I got the van it would drop hard to the ground when you go over a speed bump. It still does the same thing but the mechanic claims that they were replaced. Check with another mechanic and he stated that they were factory originals and had never been replaced. Jeremy took my parts and my money and did nothing. If anyone ever deals with this guy, buyer beware! Request the old parts before you pay a dime!!!

The accusations are not true.  The person that made this complaint also made a complaint to the local BBB, they did not (and/or) could not show proof of their complaint as far as stating that they had the vehicle looked over by a dealership upon request from the local BBB.

The work that was performed to the vehicle was done and it was done correctly. They purchased the parts themselves at an auto parts store that sells them cheaper than the bigger named auto parts stores in the area, they were fully aware of this. THEY ARE NOT USED PARTS, THEY ARE CHEAPER PRICED...HOWEVER STILL NEW PARTS. The wife of the individual making this complaint sat here and spent time with my wife as I was working on the vehicle.

The only time the wife of the complainant was not here during the job, was when was given a ride by my wife to another parts store for another parts, at which time they also stopped at a local Burger King drive-thru for lunch.  In the middle of doing the repair I showed her the faulty parts that I had removed. This complaint, like I have already stated is false and untrue.

The wife of the person making this complaint is my wife's identical twin sister, and this complaint was made 2 days after the passing of thier Aunt and 3 and 1/2 months AFTER the job was finished.

YES, the individual called me to make it aware to me that they were unhappy with the sound coming from the vehicle. I made it fully aware to him that he could bring his vehicle back here for me to look at (at no extra charge)  to make sure there were no other problems/issues that might also needed to be taken care of.

This individual made an appointment to come out for me to look at the vehicle and do more work for him on the same vehicle.  When the appointment had passed, my wife made a call to see if they were still able to bring the vehicle back.  After talking with them, they had informed us that they did not have the financial funds to do any of the work ... nothing more was said about it until the complaint was made 3 and 1/2 months later.

I am an honest man and an honest mechanic ...
