Complaint Review: JERI STEVENS - PREMIER DESIGNS

This message is for Jen & Jeri and anyone else involved.. I happened upon this website by doing a search for rats in Southaven (I have a bad yard infestation). I couldn't believe when this popped up that I knew of these people.

I have time to kill since I'm childless today and I actually read all of the comments on this and the other reports that have been posted against Jeri and being blamed on Jenipher. I have a great solution...

Obviously there is someone out there who is very angry with one or both of you and they are trying to slander your name and even your motherhood. They have posted several comments regarding Jeri and her business dealings and now with her children... This is ridiculous. It became obvious to me when reading the original posts that these people are one and the same.

Every comment has too many similiarities, too much usage of the same comment in all posts, the referal of the same people to watch out for, the usage of the same adjectives to describe the people mentioned, funny though that the postee has different names and lives in different cities around Southaven.. I believe this is easy to do as I will prove shortly...

Jeri if the other person reported you to your church or DHS I know its embarrasing, but I would just explain the situation to them, maybe even print out all of the garbage on the different reports so they themselves can prove it is slander, there is a law against it...

It's hard I know they do have to investigate, but just be glad they care enough about your children to try to protect them.

This person is a sad case, they obviously have no life of their own so they spend all of their time trying to destroy people they dislike for one reason or another. Pray for them... Stop encouraging them by responding, Take this site out of your favorites, store it away in case you need it for any lawsuits, but otherwise forget about it..

Just wanted to let everyone know that Premier Designs makes jewelry and is a strong Christian based company following Jesus Christ as an example on how to conduct business.

The problems in this post are with the people who are selling Premier Designs Jewelry and the company has nothing to do with any wrongdoings on their part.

If you are being cheated or ripped off by certain individuals, then contact the attorney general.

Put the blame where it needs to be, on the bad people who are not following Christs example and causing suffering and bearing false witness. Premier Designs does not condone nor represent these who are causing suffering and pain to others.

May you all pray before speaking and read Gods words before speaking badly of others.

I was also scabbed by Jeri - I recently had a jewelry show for Jeri and invited some of my friends, and we ordered items and Jeri is refusing to give me the items I was supposed to get free. I heard she does this because she doesn't have anough money to get demo items herself so she tried to take her hostesses free stuff to use for her "shows" She did a horrible job on the show, she was stumbling over words she lied about the company twice and said it doesnt cost much to get started HELLO this fraudulant company wants you to pay them $1500 to get into the business and then you have to steal hostess gifts to stay in business it seems. DO NOT let this woman into your home - she was very rude to my guest and right now she is in trouble with one of my guest for trying to change the amount a check was written for from $30 to $300 so you can see what kind of person she is. Save yourself from this woman and this company DO NOT DEAL WITH PREMIER DESIGNS OR JERI STEVENS you will get burned EVERYTIME!

Once again here we are with people scared to say their names or even provide any proof to their accusations. I came here just to clear jeri's name as far as the mother/wife comment and to let it be known i did not write it. Also as for this "great group of friends" if you are referring to the "rowdies" yes they are but the "rowdies" are the guys and they are a great group of friends TO EACH OTHER. the ladies however are primarly back-stabbers and liars (or where last time I experienced them - hopefully they have grown up and are better people now - isn't that what we are suppose to do and aren't we suppose to try to see that in each other) and it is well know that there were lots of drama a problems and sleeping around LONG LONG before I was ever introduced to "the group". AND I am not trying to be mean or say anything bad about anyone here I am making a point to defend myself. But I can think of someone off the top of my head that EVERYONE including Jeri has called the gossip queen who has caused lots of trouble and it isn't my name they were screaming(this person seems to be doing great now and I'm sure is an awesome mom - she seems to have changed). I can think of another one who everyone including jeri called the "h*e" and it wasn't my name there either (I know for a fact this chic has because and awesome person who will tell you to this day that she had to get away from the group and their drama so she could grow as a person and not be dragged down by their drugs, gossip, and immaturity's) so as for trying to blame me for any of the "groups" problems sorry but I do not feel the slightest bit -- nor am I responsible for it. Also that "drama" is why Jason & I neither one have anything to do with the group. For God's Sake they are parents and some of them are pushing thirty and everytime we go to something we are INVITED TO (don't invite if you don't want to) these parents and adults are still getting high and acting like kids ( I am not saying all of them are like this-and I am definitely not saying jeri or robbie is like this they are not these types of parents before someone tries to say I am saying they are since my words seem to want to be twisted to make whoever "KM" happy). So I can assure you I am much more mature and together than most. As far as my husband not knowing the real me as you basically said - the problem is you don't know the situations. As far as Partylite I was never ever accused of anything in fact I have letters of apology because it was the company's fault. If you do a search on PartyLite you will find they have lots of internal issues that they have been sued for and have had the same problem and done this to other consultants - hence the reason I left - they left me with no order and no money. In fact if you check with the Hernando courts I was cleared and PartyLite was found at fault. Now for Premier - I WAS NOT TERMINATED - I left!!!! And since Premier has not refunded the $1600 show I turned it or sent me the jewelry I have 2 ladies who are mad because they didn't have either - As of now I have paid them back out of pocket!!! Premier knows they are at fault which is why I still get commission checks and I can tell you ever show, sample Jeri orders cause I still get reports on the girls monthly. If you know Premier you know you have to sell so much to get your commission check -Premier knows they are SO wrong that they are letting me collect this check and have reports without even selling for them. For those of you who need to see proof please e-mail me and I will be happy to scan the reports, copy of check ,and letters from both Premier & Partylite showing I, AM AT FAULT FOR ANYTHING THAT HAS BEEN SAID There is another ex-Premier Rep in the area named CB that they did the same thing to and Sarah Rucker had to clean up Premier's mistake and pay her customers out of her pocket so you can see why I feel the company is untrustworthy. Back to Jason - he knows the whole story on both of these he has seen/opened the letters from Partylite and the $500 worth of free stuff they sent trying to keep me from suing them. He has personally talked to Premier to try and help solve their liability to us. So he doesn't have any wool over his eyes he just knows what's going on and is a VERY honest and Christian man - therefore he doesn't do things like accuse when there is no proof or no reason other than jealously and hatred to try and get at someone. And to use his exact words from an IM he just sent me at work about this junk you are writing when all i did is defend the mean mother/wife comment about jeri - jason says "i don't care what they have to say baby...they will keep it going as long as they know that you are still reading it...they have nothing better to do with their time...and nothing you can say can stop them from thinking what they want to think...and who cares about them...they don't matter..only me you and the kids and our family's & God matter ...and i know that you already know that"

So if you have half a brain an are even a semi-follower of the word you will see that you are sitting in judgment of people (Jason & I) when you don't know the situations, people involved, or true outcomes. Jason & I will pray for all of you cause you need serious soul searching help - perhaps one day you will be able to look at someone and want to get to know them before you start saying and assuming about them. PLEASE do not misunderstand me - I am not saying I am perfect I am far from it - and I never will be but I am not a bad person and I don't like people assuming I am based on nothing but an opinion and some jumbled facts - I'm sure anyone reading this as been in situations before where it looked one way but it fact wasn't anything like it looked. I would like to add one thing. If I in fact did do something so wrong with Partylite or Premier - why am I so willing to talk about it and why did I ever tell anyone about it. I got up at training and spoke of my past experiences with Partylite - if I had something to hid I would have said nothing and hoped no one found out - but I never hid anything because I was foolish enough to think anyone who was a "friend" would take time to ask me and look at the hard on paper facts before coming to a conclusion. Obviously I was VERY mistaken. For anyone who is perfect and has never made any mistakes please feel free to respond I would love to hear you opinion of perfection!!!

We had a great group of friends until Jason invited you around. He did this because he wanted you to be a part of something great and you have turned it into something horrible where some friends do not talk to other friends anymore because you have manipulated truths that did not benefit anyone including yourself. The thing is no one knows why you even do this.

Now you are doing this in your professional life. Anyone can look your name up and see that you were doing this with partylite, now you have done it with premier. Now you are proclaiming to have found this profound faith in God. Well sister, I hope so!!! That is all that you have going for you. I hope that you have talked to your GOD and asked him for the forgivness that only He can give. Your friends that you and your husband had..have tried to forgive many times,but this back stabbing continues until now we are on the internet. You are the one that really needs to let this drop. Besides you should be busy enough keeping the wool over your own husbands eyes.

I really think that it is tacky that you take someones personal information such address and phone number and try to cause some sort of harm to her and her family. You do NOT want to go there Jenipher.....This has already done enough damage. Stick to your age...which is much younger than ours.

Let me set you straight right from the get go. I am not a coward!!!!!!! I am by no means afraid of you!! I just don't like what you stand for. I choose to stay quiet about my identity because not even Jeri knows I wrote the other rebuttal and that is, again, by my choice!!!!

I said in the previous response that I wasn't trying to ruin anyone. I was doing what you or anyone who is a friend now or in the PAST. You know you haven't been the best friend now or in the past. And as far as you only having time for "Sincere Christians" that is new for me. I won't say impossible, just new. Any real Christian, mad at that friend or not, would have put their troubles aside and defended Jeri on those things that were written. Not went into how you felt about her and certainly not bringing up personal issues like owing money. They have sacrificed so that she can stay at home and raise her children. Any Christian friend would understand that and not mind helping out.

If, and I use that strongly, IF it wasn't you then Let me apologize ahead of time. But you need more than a time that you were in class to defend it because my letters weren't written at the times they say either. They have to go through the editors of this company before being submitted which apparently takes at the least a few hours according to the time first rebuttal has on it.

If you would have read the post before yours you would see that I have already been here to confront the accusations of me being the original writer of this post. I am not - I also said that I do not think Jeri a bad wife or mother. I also was not kicked out of Premier - I left due to the lies and stress they caused. In fact I still get a monthly report from them showing what the girls under me do and a commission check because Premier knows they are wrong. I also let it be known that I do feel Jeri has been untruthful WITH ME and that I feel she is also being set up by someone else. As far as being scared of a confrontation with me - that is an insecurity you need to deal with as a person with low self esteem. I would never use the Internet like this against someone (beside I can prove my whereabouts when the post was made as far as date & time) I also would never use someone's children against them. But if that's what you choose to believe please feel free trust me I know who counts and who doesn't and you are in the last category. I left Premier because of this childish garb - I have a wonderful husband and the two most beautiful children on earth - I do still sell lots of Premier so I wouldn't knock the jewelry it is great - it's the company that is the "scam" to use "K.M's" words from the original post. So once again for the slow people here who can't read everything I DID NOT DO THIS POST - I DO NOT THINK JERI IS A BAD MOTHER OR WIFE!!! I do think she & her husband have been very very deceitful with me and my family - I mean for the second time they owe us money they refuse to pay back - think we would learn not to loan to them. But whatever makes you drama queens feel like your life means more than it does continue to lie about me - like I said in the real world you don't count!!!

thought I would add one more thing - THIS IS JENIPHER BURLESON since I guess some are too slow to get that. If you want to accuse me of something or lie about me then at least have the confidence in yourself to call me, or some by my house you all know where I live!!! I find it very hard to believe this was not a set up by Kim since you all continue to confront me as the writer through a web site??? HELLO do you not realize that by accusing me on here you are repeating the psycho's actions that did the original message - This is like 7th grade sociology. I mean it's like writing hateful messages on the bathroom wall at school because you are too scare to lie or say what you think to someone's face. I can assure you this would be settled fast by acting like adults. Also if anyone would like to sue me feel free I would love to see someone this immature blow money on an attorney just to find out I have a teacher & about 23 other students who can testify that I was sitting in a class during the date and times that the report was created. But if writing on this "bathroom wall" is a security zone because you know you are wrong or don't have the dignity to confront someone in person and you feel the need to hide that's great too cause I only have time for sincere Christians in my life not "false prophets" as K.M. said in the original post!! I must admit it is a little comforting to know you are the people representing Premier it is surly doomed!!!!!!

I know Jeri personally and have for many years. I also know the person to whom I believe is writing this "ripoffreport" and I know they are untrue. Jeri started selling for this company to make a little extra income for her family to whom she is totally devoted. For anyone to go to such lengths to ruin someone's reputation as a loving wife and mother is not right. The person who left these awful things about Jeri and her family is just trying to get back at the company because she got kicked out of it just like she did at partylite for cheating others there too. Those of us around here know Jeri and we have nothing to worry about. But be cautious of what you read anywhere, not just on the internet. What better way to ruin a person than to do it here without having to take responsiblity for it. I am not trying to ruin anyone, only to justify a situation that should never have happened. I am not leaving my name specifically because I know who you are J. B. !! I would hate to have to have a confrontation with you or your husband who by the way is good as gold. He shouldn't have to be punished by the hateful things that you do !!!!! You may fool the ones that don't live around here, but consider who counts and who doesn't. WE certainly know!!!

It has apparently been assummed by those who don't know me very well that I put this original message on here. THIS IS NOT TRUE. I am a straight forward person with children of my own. While I do feel Jeri has been untruthful with me, betrayed & taken advantage of me I have no problem saying it to anyone not even her. I also would never use someone's children to attack them. I have also not hidden the fact that I feel Premier Designs is a unreliable company but that is a separate issue from Jeri and how I feel about her competly. While I do not think much of Jeri at the moment as a person I do know her to be a good mother who would never do anything to damage her children or husband and certainly not the allegations stated above. Basically I am here to say I was not the one who published this, in fact after looking at the information I was sitting in a Human AP class while this was being done. And I do have my own beliefs as to who might have done this since I was contacted via threatening e-mail during the same hour according to my e-mail info. The person who's name I will not mention has also lied to Jeri and caused most of what problems we have and I will leave it at that. If you got this doing a search and looking for information on Premier as a company feel free to contact me I have a web site for testimonies of me and other women to help you keep from getting involved with companies that lie or mistreat their reps. There a a few good christian companies out there and Premier might be a some people but not in my book!!!!
