a 500.00 credit limit turns into 1754.79 after only 3 months, Kaplan calls harrasses , they are all ripoffs. I filed bankruptcy after job loss and economy melt down, sorryeee

That is some funny s*** right there. I wish you had written more abut your dealings with Jerold Kaplan Law Offices. I am currently in a lawsuit with them as I type this. I am named as the Defendant on an account bought by Midland Funding. Good Luck to you! I sure could use some ammunition in my suit if you could perhaps provide more details.
