Not far fetched at first, has you submit documents and contract then sends a check for you to deposit and requests that you wire money for insurance purposes (???!!!) No, I didn't do it.
Ends up being a fake check, you send him money, it bounces and pay the penalty. None of the addresses and names check out. Email full of typos. None of the names, addresses, flow of the communitions make much sense. Like a 3rd world broken English rough translation of what a legitimate submission and contract should look like. Simply type in some of the zip codes and you'll see the cities not match etc.
Really a crappy attempt at theft and praying upon the industry.
