I took him and his ex-wife, Jamee Jordan, Level Up Installers, to small claims court in Jacksonville, Florida. I won the total judgment against both of them. Another one of his ploys is to bully the owner into surrendering the title to your mobile home. He will have it on his loader and insist he has to have the title or he won't move it.
