Complaint Review: Jerome's Furniture

JEROME'S FURNITURE is a big SCAM. 

They will take your money and promise delivery of your furniture the next day but it will NEVER HAPPEN. I ordered my furniture Saturday night, was promised by MICHAEL ARUSMI (sp?) a next day delivery which did NOT happen. Michael then promised someone from their warehouse would email me Sunday night to advise me of the delivery time for the following day. NO EMAIL. 

Called the following day on Monday morning and was put on hold for long periods of time. Asked to speak to their manager and was told her name was JILL LASHLEY FROM MORENO VALLEY but that she was too busy assisting other customers. Called their warehouse in San Diego to ask where my furniture was and was told by them there was nothing scheduled for me. Have been calling Jerome's store all morning today and their MODUS OPERANDI is to put you ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME and have a phone operator tell you JILL LASHLEY was still too busy to talk to you. Finally spoke to a JOE from the Torrance store who promised a delivery tonight from 6 - 9 pm.  It's now 8:20 pm and after waiting for 45 minutes on the phone, was told by an ISABEL that there was no delivery for me tonight but they will do it tomorrow.

DO YOU SMELL SCAMMERS AND THIEVES?!

Unless you're a dodo and can live with being given the run-around for days, then shop here. Otherwise, NO FURNITURE WILL BE DELIVERED and your money would only buy you long periods of waiting on the phone while speaking with illiterate and lying SCAMMERS.

It is a big possibility that the STORE IS CLOSING DOWN and just taking as much money from innocent customers in the process.

Anyone giving this business a positive review is downright NOT telling the truth or is employed by Jerome's.
