Jerome's Furniture Refused to refund $200 Gift Certificate and not calling back or emailing as promised El Cajon California

On 10/26/14, I went to Jerome's Furniture in El Cajon to purchase a sofa.  When I went to pay, I was asked to pay without using a $200 gift card in my possession.  I was unable to use the Gift Card due to a computer glitch.  By the time, the girl ran the card several times, the balance was then showing zero.  Promised phone calls have not been returned.  Promised emails from Corporate have not been received.  It's over a week later and they have made no attempt to refund the $200 due me.  I just want the $200, so I can go somewhere else to get my furniture.  After this is resolved, I want nothing more to do with Jerome's.  I am a Vet and they sure are ruining my Veteran's Day.  If you are looking for a a furniture store with good customer service, it definitely is not Jerome's.
