december 02/2008,took my car to taylor auto mall because of a metal on metal tapping sound in front end.charged $800.00 to replace 3 bushings.1 1/2days later the noise came back.even though there was a 3 month labour warranty,they refused to pull the bushings back out to see which one they installed was defective,when I told them I wanted a refund of my money, they refused.I brought my car back in 14 times in the 3 month period,they used every excuse of what the noise was, but still refused to check the bushings they installed.they did this until the warranty expired, then told me,now you will pay every time you bring your car in.out $800.00 and my car still isn't fixed.

BBB has been in touch with jerome taylor auto mall,kingston,ontario,and has ended up being unresolved. OMVIC has made this a formal complaint and has been intouch with jason taylor,yet still no end in sight. jason taylor was sent a copy off this report,no response. I have finally figured out why this incident took place,jason taylor didn't like the e-mail I sent him,he classed it as threatening,and called us unreasonable people because I demanded a full refund of my $800.00.
