Jerri Simpson has stolen hundreds of files from agents, including myself. 

In  addition, after mishandling the consumer files and causing complaints (see the  better business bureau complaints and F rating) she offsets commissions due to the  agents  and uses their money to settle with clients.  

When demand for payment was issued to  Jerri  Simpson by legal counsel for thousands of dollars due to me and  other agents,  she replied with a series of  false statements and misrepresentations and dared us to file suit against her to try and  collect.

Legitimate Complaints are now being prepared for filing with  the Bar Association against Audrey Ritter, her accomplice whom  she used to obtain the files from me  and other agents fraudulently, another complaint with the Attorney Generals office for Fraud (and  possible violations of the new FTC rulings as they are still accepting and paying advance fees on hundreds of contracts per month), and civil litigation to recoup our personal monies due. 

If you have ever submitted files to Jerri Simpson,  Ethical Management  Solutions, or Lifeline Consulting Group, or Ritter Law Group and  were  not paid as promised, or you were a consumer whom gave them LEGAL FEES, which they split with non-attorney Agents in weekly Agent  Commission Reports published each week, and they were negligent with your files, please contact us soon as we are preparing to file suit next  week to  bring this fiasco to an end in the absence of any reasonable offer or  attempt from Jerri Simpson to address our concerns or claims.

i am the author of the above statements.  The statements I made against these companies and people were made while I was frustrated.  If not for Jerri Simpson and those companies,I would not have been paid thousands of dollars after my prior employer was shut down and had no  ability to pay me my commissions. Ms Ritter is the utmost professional and always treated me with respect.  I deeply regret posting this statement and willingly post this correction.

There is concern regarding their handling of Agent agreements. Read your agreement carefully.

"Yes, we experienced  the same.  Several agents in our office submitted debt files to  the Ritter Law Group through two other Agencies.   Jerri Simpson's company,  EMS, withheld our commissions and we were stuck taking our clients calls and  servicing their requests for help on their debt files when Ritter Law Group and  EMS wouldn't respond to them.  Everyone in our  offices knows to stay.
