Complaint Review: Jerry Yarnell School of Fine Art

 I subscribed to Jerry's online art class at the cost of $25 per month for several years with no problems. I began noticing that the lessons were no longer up to the quality I was seeking and I decided to cancel my subscription with them. But all of a sudden they took $125 out of my account without my knowledge. This came to my attention when I asked to cancel my subscription. They said I had to wait until the 7th of the month when it would renew. On the 7th I tried again to cancel. This time, they said i COULDN'T cancl because I had checked the box for a 6 month agreement! I disagreed and asked again to be cancelled. They said they would cancel but i would NOT get the remaining $75 credit returned to me. They ABSOLUTELY do NOT give refunds under ANY circumstances!! They do not have that ANYWHERE in their paperwork. I searched, believe you me! They DID close out the subscription and STILL have my money!! As it stands, I now am out of $75 . They can't prove I asked for the 6 month option (I asked) but they still refuse to give me back my money!! I USED to recommend Yarnellschool highly! I now tell everyone to steer clear of it!!!
