Complaint Review: Jersey Kings

On 4/24/06 my wife tried to order d**k Butkus and Gale Sayers jerseys. On 4/27 she received the following email.

Sorry for the inconvenience , There is no problem with your credit card, however, your payment was declined because our credit card system is having technical problems. The fastest way to order and receive the
item within a week, and in plenty of time for the holidays, would be to print the order form by hitting this link 818jerseys.com/orderform.html and send a check/money order.

We are expecting the system to start
working again within a couple weeks. Delivery take 5-7 days and all jerseys on the site are in stock, Shipping is $10 for the first jersey, $1 for each additional jersey. We are having a blowout sale where you
can choose any two jerseys for $100 and add $11 for shipping or 4 jerseys for $160 plus $13 s/h, each additional jersey after 4 is only $40. Simply, print the order form , send it in & allow a week for

We did as instructed and this time ordered 4 jerseys. They cashed the check on 5/18. We haven't received our shirts and they refuse to respond to emails or calls. I have notified the BBB and the FBI on the issue.
