Jersey Mike's Refuses to give online customers cash off coupons it gives to walk-in customers. Manasquan New Jersey
I was a Jersey Mike's customer until today. I am an online customer. They email me cash off coupons but are not valid for online customers - only for phone in or in-store customers.
Their response to my comlaints about this is "We recognize that our customers, like you, who prefer the convenience of ordering online find it frustrating that coupons are not able to be used. It is an option that we are hoping to implement."
I am extremely angry about the fact that they keep sending me coupons which are "not valid online." I ALWAYS order online to avoid having to stand on line and then having to wait for my order to be prepared at their Emerson NJ store.
