Complaint Review: Jesikah Alvarado Realtor

I am a single person caring for my sister ( who is disabled). I was searching for a home to purchase that was accessible. I located what I thought would be a dream home which turned into a nightmare. Jesikah was the realtor selling this home. I had an inspection (which passed). When my sister and I moved into the home there was no electricity. Jesikah assured everything was fine the owners cut off the electricity from the main panel. I found the panel did not work. I contacted the elctrical company only to find out the previous owner rigged the panel, and the electricity was red tagged. Jesikah sent out a contractor who turned out to be a con man. There was other problems with the home that this realtor was aware the prior owner had rigged to sale the the house because je was he was going into foreclosure. Beware of this woman she scammed me with purchasing this home that is uninhabitable. I am writing this because I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by this agent. Rancho Cucamonga California
