Complaint Review: Jessica Dumbel - Kingsley Osukwo

This person tried to steal a laptop from me. i posted it on craigslist for $500 and they offered me $150 extra for shipping. because i had just been scammed out of my laptop, i knew this was fraudulent. she has no paypal account, though she claimed to. my best bet is not to sell to anyone unless they come to my house. i told this lady i was coming to her town and could sell it to her personally, and she never replied.
