Jessica Strauss, Strauss Haus Shepards Refuses to return deposit Caneadea New York
Told me her dog was pregnant and send a deposit to get on her waiting list. She then sent a email saying her dog wasn't pregnant and would put the money to "maybe" pregnant dogs for Fall and hopefully Spring.
Timeline wasn't good for me and I asked for my deposit back. She wrote email stating she had NO problem sending it back and never did after repeated emails and phone calls.
