I placed an order on October 28, on Nov I got an email with the USPS tracking number 9400111206213422063070, however as of today there is no movement on this tracking number. I sent an email on Nov 4 to jessmybody@gmail.com asking about the package with no response. I sent another email on Nov 7 to info@jessmybodyfitness.com asking again and got no response. I sent a text message on Nov 9 to 225-459-8299 and was told "your order was shipped yesterday and picked up today and will arrive in 2 days. On the following day I text and asked if I could get the tracking number and got no response. I text again on November 12th and got no response.

On November 12th I went to her IG and left a comment on her picture asking about my package in which she responded by asking me to text her at 225-459-8299 which I did and her response was "Your order was shipped we can reship this order on Monday and to verify my address" which I did. I asked her if I could get a refund b/c I feel like I am being given the runaround and she did not respond.
