JessyJadeBag , Jessy Jade, Shuai Chen Buyer Beware and Be Cautious - Keep Getting The Run Around Yiwu China

I placed an order with JessyJadeBag.com (which is now JessyJadeBag.cn) on September 30, 2013 via Western Union. I placed an order for a replica balenciaga handbag. Before placing the order, I was told that the particular color of the handbag that I wanted, was no longer available, which is understandable. So I provided my second choice and paid via Western Union in the amount of $275.

Once I wired the funds, I was then told that I would have my preshipment photos of the bag in about 3-4 days after my funds were confirmed through Western Union and my bag would be shipped and the tracking number issued promptly - totallying about 12 days. Well 4 days go by and since I had not heard, I reached out. I was then told by Jessy "to hang in there for about 40 minutes as they were doing preshipment pictures of my bag right then". I never heard back from Jessy until Sunday, October 6, 2013,(2 days later). I not sure what happened to the 40 minutes to get right back to me. Jesse indicated that the bag that was actually being photographed was indeed not mine but another client's. Turns out that the bag I had ordered, they no longer had the hardware to make the bag. I understand mistakes happen, but do not wait 2 days to tell me that. In any event, she indicated that I could upgrade to a free gift, choose different hardware, or simply get a refund. I choose to get a refund because I no longer felt confident in their services given that the company could not adhere to thir own guidelines. I was told by Jessy that I would have a refund (and the MTCN number) for my refund within 48 hours, which would have been Tuesday, October 8th.

As typical, given that they can not adhere to their own guidelines, I still have not received my MTCN number or refund. So once again I reached out today, October 9, 2013, to ask where is the information necessary to receive my refund. I was told by Jessy that "as soon as her staff can go to the bank tomorrow, they will do so". No customer service saavy at all, no apology for the delay when I should have had my information within the 48 hour timeframe.

I should have done my research previously, as I now know that a compliant was issued for damages and injunctive relief by Chanel against that website and it has since been seized. The website is has created a new domain which is now JessyJadeBag.cn.

While I probably will never receive my refund, consumers should be careful if they purchase from this company as you may get the run around if you decide you'd like a refund.

i cannot believe i even have to sink as low as to defend myself from fake reviews by dishonest sellers

the internet is a vast place which anyone can make false claims

 

this is a reveiw by eva knox aka pursevalley .. has made an entire job out of bashing me.. can you imagine that? lol

Im pretty sure eva , that review you did on ¨¨my celine¨¨ that your ¨friend bought from me¨¨

is one of your own terrible quality bags from one of your cheap websites  that everyone complains about all over the internet.

my celines are famous for quality and details. and everyone knows it because i offer preship pics for each client WITH THEIR NAME ON a paper AND THE JESSYJADE PHOTO FRAME.

 

you are so pathetic that you make fake reviews on your own fake blog,  of your own terrible bags saying they are mine

and a lot of people are realizing this.

 

your job eva is literally spend all day thinking of ways to attack jessyjadebag. LOL

if this was a real customer, i would have talked with them , resolved it and it never would have gotten to this point. Ever.

they sensor comments and only allow comments that they want posted that promote themselves

instead of attacking me.. why dont you focus on making better bags ? or dealing with your customers?

you dont have any better use of your time?

maybe thats why your bags are so terrible because you are too busy worrying about what JESSY IS DOING

rather than making products you can be proud of.

I can sleep at night knowing that i did my very best each and every day..

PEOPLE KNOW WHO YOU ARE ¨¨EVA KNOX¨¨ people are not falling for your scams as much anymore, or reading your fake blog of  your fake reviews...

if you have to go so low as to try to attack other business because you are so insecure then i feel sorry for you.

my clients know and love my bags, my videos , PRESHIPMENT PHOTOS for each client of their bag before it is sent, and 1000s of clients who have worked with me over the years know me  and my videos speak for themselves.

JessyJadeBag is not to be trusted. Buyer Beware. She will show nice bags on youtube and in pictures but IF you receive it (some haven't received a bag or reply to emails) it will look completely different! A celine tote was purchased and what was received? A huge disappointment! The leather was a joke!!! And she refused to reply to my emails. BUYER BEWARE!

and further more the client was notifed that there was a

oct.1, 2, 3,4, and finally until the 5th all the business and postal services were reopened

and as such that there would be a DELAY in making your bag and you were clearly told that.

in addition I promptly replied to ALL emails, within hours..

some people are IMPOSSIBLE to please.

clearly this lady is one of them.

trying to distroy my perfect reputation and 100s upon 100s of happy clients.

you should be ashamed of yourself.

because this is my livelyhood and my passion.

and everyone in the online community knows it.
