They deserve less than zero (0) stars...

I recently hired this company to move my family from IL to NC.  Worst service ever!!!

 

Where to begin???

  1. They are unresponsive to every form of communication (phone, email, text...). I had, literally, 4-5 different numbers to call - each of them go directly to voicemail.  Sent numerous emails with no response.  It got to the point where I had to tell then that I would not pay them if I could not speak with someone...of course they called then! In fact, I only received a response from them if I threatened not to pay or not pay them what they were expecting...that is it!
  2. They do not stand by what they say.  From explaining their inventory pricing process to how my belongings would be shipped, to pricing...everything they said was an outright lie. These scam artists not only delivered my things later than what was agreed to, the overcharged me and broke some of my bigger furniture items (table, dresser, etc.).  Now I have to go through this long, drawn out claims process.  The scam here is that once they pick up your belongings and have it in their possession, the customer service aspect of their business goes downhill drastically. The reason why is because they have your things now, you have to pay them for you to get your things back.  They can treat you however, you still must pay them if you want your things.

 There are many other companies out there for you to choose. I Urge You Not To Do Business With Jet Blue Vanlines (BLUE LINE VANLINES)!!! It will be the worst part of your move.

What made me reach out to Jet Blue was the wonderful reviews I saw online. DON'T BELIEVE THEM!!! Based on the horrible experience I had, and I'm confident that this was not a one off fluke, the "wonderful" reviews that I saw previously were very likely bought and paid for...

 I can go on and on about how my continued pressure on Jet Blue directly led Jet Blue to hire a Service Manager (this was admitted to me by Jo), to how I told Jet Blue that I wanted to handle this in a way that would not require me to write a bad review - but in the end, the horrible service, lies and lack of appreciation for my business and cooperation was so stark that I have to warn others.

COMPANIES LIKE THESE NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS BY COLLECTIVLEY BOYCOTTING THEM. There are other companies, research them - Jet Blue is not the only game in town.
