Complaint Review: Jetbill Jettis 888-205-2664 in Florida

I was verifing my age for a FREE lifetime membership. As soon as verification process was being completed a window popped up stating that my account has been successfully upgraded at a charge of $49.97.

I immediately called the number (888-205-2664) and got the run around for about 2 hours. After my 4th phone call, the manager stated that my account would be refunded in 10 days.

On the 10th day no refund had been posted to my account. I called again only to get the same run around. After the 3rd call, the gentleman I spoke with stated that the processing of the refund had never been initiated.

Now I have to wait another 10 business days to receive money that should have never been taken out of my account to begin with.

I don't know how this company is still in business with these kinds of practices.

I wish someone could deliver these #*#$& to my front door.
