Purchased template that was no good. I called their support telephone number for 5 days but only reached voicemail. A return call was made 6 days later after I requested a refund through paypal.
They rejected my request for a refund by highlighting their no-money back refund policy on their website http://www.templatemonster.com/refund-policy.php Now I'm stuck with a useless template.
Beware of this scheme.
