Complaint Review: Jetimpex Inc

Jetimpex, Inc Purchased a template and it did not work as advertised. Seller would not refund my purchase. Says I'm at fault, Adobe is at fault, use outside help links, repair it yourself, and they not reponsibe. Wilmington Delaware

I purchased the site and when I started to test it for functionality I quickly discovered

the website template was not working as advertised.  I contact the company's help line and they

were responsive.  The accepted no fault for the problematic template and would not refund my

purchase.  I am working with paypal to resolve the dispute.  I want to warn anyone who see this

not to purchase anything from templatemonster or JETIMPEXINC.
