In May 2002 I was contacted by a representative of Jetra Advantage Corp. to purchase a Empire Advantage Master Card.

I was told that I would never be charged any interest on anything that I purchased with this card for life, nor would there be any late fees or monthly service charges.

I decided to take the card at a cost of $180.00 a one time fee.
I was billed in 3 installments of $60.00 that was taken out of my checking account beginning May 3rd, May 17th and May 31st.

About two weeks later I received a activation kit through the mail with an toll free number for me to call to activate my account to get my card sent to me.

When I called the toll free number I was told that the number I called was the wrong number and I was given another number to call.

When I call the other number I got a recorded message asking me to leave my name, area code and phone number and the name of the company who sold me my benefit program.

This information would allow them to forward to me by the next business day all information necessary to activate my Empire Advantage Master Card.

I have called this number(1-8888-929-2927) on numerous times and and left the same information and I haven't received anything in the mail.

I have even tried to call the Jetra Advantage Corp. Customer Services (727-538-2108) and all I get is a recorded message asking me to leave my name and phone number and a brief message.

The last time I tried to call, all the numbers were no longer in service. Now I have no way of contacting this company at all.
