Complaint Review: Jettis Inc.

Jettis, Inc. made charges to my checking account without my knowledge and acknowledged the error and stated a credit was issued back to my checking account.

After 11 days no credit has been issued. These unauthorized charges created an overdraft in my checking with NSF fees that this company refuses to acknowledge.

They have stated that they have faxed a statement to my bank regarding these unauthorized charges but the bank has no record of this statement.

When calling Jettis to get this handled I was only told to call my bank.
