Complaint Review: Jevene Lift Visage

I too was ripped off by this company. I fell for the free sample that they said was a 30 day supply. Within 3 weeks they sent me a big jar of the stuff. I immediately sent it back for a refund, which they granted promptly except: they deducted $15.44 for an unstated expense which I presume is a restocking charge plus the shipping and handling.

I feel pretty stupid for falling into their trap, but it has taught me a very good lesson about shopping on the internet and believing offers for "free" samples and shipping charges.
