Complaint Review: Jewel Harris Of Glamour~locks

I am based in the UK, and contacted this company through Tradekey website where all manufactures of products advertise. Which by the way she has now been banned from and from Alibaba site to due to her dishonesty.

I was looking to purchase some lace wigs for my business and wanted to give some american vendors a try.
She sent me emails of her prices, send me her order form and i called to check she was Ok and then placed my order for 2 lace wigs which she cherged me $440 for. And told me it would take 4-6 weeks to be ready.

I have all her correspondence emails and payment proof if required. This was August 2007, and till date i did not receive my items or refund.

She stalled me until the time expired where i could place a cliam on her on PayPal and after that time she was so nasty. She cliams her suppliers let her down and she was out of money. But till date this "lady" refused to refund my money.

I know i will never get my money back and that is sad but i have come to accept this, but i will do my very best to warm people off this company.

Through my complains, she has been banned so far from Alibaba Forum, Tradekey forum and any other forum i contact with my claim with all my proofs.

This lady is a scam artist and i know so many ladies out there buy lace wigs online. Please beware of such person. She might go under a different name now or email address. But i am sure her PayPal account is still active.
