I an auction on Ebay for a diamond bracelot for $66.00.
Their ad on ebay said the diamonds are "glistening white diamonds totaling approximately 1 Carat. J-K Color, I3- Clarity".
The diamonds in my bracelet were not white but instead were grey to black and look more like pieces of carbon then diamonds.
I returned the bracelet for a full refund, except for shipping and insurance, to the address that they emailed to me. Their auction ad on Ebay stated that the item could be returned for refund within a certain period of time if I was not satisfied. I returned the item within the time period allowed.
I then waited for two weeks for my credit. After 10 days and no credit was received and no email was received from them I emailed them. I received a standard email where they claimed their returns department were busy with inventory. I send another email and received the same answer. I send several more emails and never received any more responses from them.
I never received my credit nor did they make any effort to replace the bracelot I purchased.

I have received a refund for the item I returned.
After contacting them again thru Gilberto Lopez, I received my refund and an apology immediately.

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but I must tell you that the carpetbagger from New York (Ezra Dweck) and his nefarious band of thieves have been suspended from eBay and jewelrybyezra is no longer open for business on the Bay.
Therefore, I sincerely doubt that you will ever see your refund.
BEWARE OF EZRAS BEARING JEWELS !!!
