Jewelry Country Crooks take money, but never deliver! Internet
In August 2012, I made three separate orders and received confirmation e-mails for all three orders. I have not received any of my orders.
I sent an e-mail to the address given (support@jewelrycountry.com) in the confirmation e-mail that Jewelry Country sent and received failure for all three e-mails. I also tried to call multiple days and it would not go through stating the mail box was full.
Next, I asked them to contact me through their website (the "Contact Us" way). Still no response.
I am extremely frustrated that this Internet company is able to take my money and not deliver anything! I either want what I paid for or a complete refund of my money!
