Jewelry Factory Jewelry Exchange jewelry, engagement, wedding, diamonds, gold, ring, earrings, necklace Livonia, Michigan
Bob at Jewelry Exchange/Jewelry Factory told me that they beat everyone's prices, including Adiamor.com and other internet jewelers. He said they easily do this because they are the largest jewelry buyer in the nation. Once I felt confident in making the purchase, the receipt said the only match within a 15 mile radius!! They have a no return policy.
Since then I have seen that I can get my same ring online, but a better quality diamond for $500 cheaper. They will not price match.
I want a refund because I will not support a crooked bait and switch company.

I see them advertising all the time. The prices are quite low and probably one of the reasons I see so many jewelry stores going out of business.
I am a fan of the cliché "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is" I would not jump at those prices until I compared them with everyone else despite the advertising.
Better luck next time,

Actually, the Jewelry Exchange/ Jewelry Factory buys very little jewelry, if at all. The vast majority of their jewelry is manufactured at their flagship store in Southern California. I have had great experiences and deals from this store. I am questioning the factual validity of this "report".
