Complaint Review: Jewelry Television - JTV

I recently won another auction at JTV.  I got my congraduation you won e-mail and my order in process e-mail. 

Well I was waiting and waiting, nothing.  I decided to check my account and after 12 days it was cancelled.  I did not cancel, so I called JTV.

A Customer Service rep. told me that the ordered was cancelled because the gemstone was to damaged to mail out.  What?  You guys mail out damage stuff all the time and why did it take 12 days to realize that this gemstone was to damaged to mail out to me, I asked.

He said a bunch of lies I have heard before.  There was only 1 ruby up for auction and it was damaged.  I ask again, why 12 days to see that it was so damaged and said the picture of the auction item look fine to me.  He said, don't know why it took 12 days and the picture is not the gemstone that was up for bid, it is just a comparsion!

I knew the reason because it happened to me several times before.  They were not going to mail me a 3ct. Ruby for the low winning bid of $26.00 plus $6.99 s/h.

They do this all the time.  Please avoid JTV they lie and cheat to get your money.  I ordered over 25 watches from this website and they all came running or had dead batteries, or went dead in a week or two.  What happens to those little tabs that keep the battery from not running?  Are we buying used watches?  Should it not be a law that they tell us this?

I ordered a ring set, the host said this is 18K over solid s/s.  Hmm.  After a few times of wearing it, the diamond fell out and the ring bent.  I e-mailed them stating that this solid s/s ring just bent as I was taking it off, it's not tight on my finger.  Got my e-mail saying we can not help you it's be over 30 days.  It always happens on the 31st day or soon after!  How does solid s/s bend just by pulling it off your finger? 

Please people avoid them at all cost.  They sell junk, lie to you and could care less about anything as long as they got their money.
