Complaint Review: Jewelry Television - JTV

Jewelry Television sell diamonds and gemstones without disclosing their grading. They describe all their diamonds as "cleanest, whitest, brightest" without any grade.  An ethical seller would call that a flawless, D color diamond, but none of the diamonds at JTV even come close to that.  All other Tanzanite sellers grade their stones as A, AA, AAA, etc, but JTV has no grading at all on any of their gemstones.  They sell a fissure-filled ruby that they never ever tell you is not a permanent treatment.  They sell gemstone parcels that they call high-end stones that are nothing more than cutters' lots (discards from cutters) that are highly included, deeply scratched, chipped, and poorly and whop sided cut.  They include stones that have been taken out of settings that needed the stone replaced when it was defective.  They pay almost nothing for these discarded cutters' lots and sell for almost pure profit to naive and ignorant people who don't know better.  They have a "designer" who sells high-end jewelry who goes only by the name of "Frank", even though there are many, many Franks in the jewelry designer business.  He, nor JTV will disclose his real or last name or his company's name because they have something to hide but refuse to say if it is an illegal source or if they were illegally acquired or what they are hiding, but it is a huge attempt at deceiving customers.  They brag about disclosing a few tiny things when they are the most deceptive seller in the business overall.  The hosts are all as ignorant as the customers and are just as much a victim of Jerry Sisk and his cronies as the customers are.  He won't hire or keep any hosts with any real credentials because JTV can't stand the scrutiny.  They have had at least one class action lawsuit filed against them already for deceptive selling practices.
