Jewelry Television - JTVWatches Jewelry TV sold broken merchandise and will not correct this situation Knoxville Tennessee
I purchased a Tissot PR50 Men's watch from Jewelry Television's web site www.JTVwatches.com for $180. This is a discontinued Tissot watch and was ~$350.
The watch I received was broken - the hour hand is stuck on the 5. I returned it asking for a replacement, repair or refund.
They just sent the same watch back as is, still broken with no explanation or paperwork. I believe their strategy is that the majority of their customers will eventually give up trying to get the repair, replacement or refund and it becomes a way to unload defective merchandise on unwary consumers.
Has anyone else has a similar experience with JTV ?

Sorry about the watch Ron. I too have had many problems with watches from JTV. They come in broken boxes, have dead batteries, they are always running when they arrive. I noticed that Dana has responded to your complaints. You can try to work it out BUT I have dealt with her in the past and usually nothing is done to help the customer, it is always to their advantage!
