Well first I go to buy a Cuban link chain from them I was asking for a 10k yellow gold chain and I was willing to pay $35 a gram because that is the going rate at the time well he agreed. I wanted a 24in. chain but he only had 30in. chains in stock but he said he would cut it down to 22in. that way he could use the other 8in. to sell as a bracelet so I said that was fine that we could go ahead and run that deal. so says come back in 30min. and we will have the chain ready for you so I go back pick up the chain and head home cause was in a rush to pick up my kids. well when I get home I notice that the chain won't lay flat on my neck and for some reasonthe jeweler cut the chain in the middle. long story short did a horrible job cutting the chain down and was not satisfied. so next day I go back up there telling them that I'm not satisfied at all that we need to do an exchange or get this resolved. so he talks me in to getting a bigger more solid chain at the original length that I wanted I said that's fine as long as we can keep it at the original price per a gram we agreed on. so we had the chain overnighted to the store so I ended up giving him $2635 so the chain should weigh 70+ grams at that price. get there the next day has my chain for me but chain only weighs 51grams  which comes out to like $50+ a gram on 10k gold that is unheard of .well the owner wasn't in that day so I would have to come back the next day and discus it with him. so still out my money or chain so go in the next day he says he never agreed to that price so I said that I just wanted a refund then he said he can't do that and that I have two choices I can take the original necklace that they couldn't find and would take a week to get and I could get the refund for the money I spent on the upgrade or take the new chain and pretty much get ripped off. so I just went ahead and took the chain, just sucks that it cost me $1000+ to know not to ever do business with these crooks
