I ordered a watch from a listing (description here) on ebay, for $9.499.00 USD, on Sep. 28, 2018. The watch took six weeks to arrive, the watch did not look like the one in the picture so I sent it back the next day after it arrived for a refund that was on Nov. 16, 2018.
After many phone calls and emails, I still have not received my refund. Every time I call and ask to speak to a manager they say he is busy but he will call me back, the phone call never comes. This is a lot of money for me as I am retired and live on a fixed income.
