Contact the Att General Office.- in CA Web site

file a complaint.

Web site for the BBB of Los Angeles - as of today I see they have several complaints.

Be sure to notice this company has a " F " rating from the BBB- meaning- Strongly question the company reliability, failed to respond to complaints, advertising is grossly misleading. They are not in compliance with the law.

Good to hear that you could get a call back. I understand I did too - but at the time was not able to go to the phone. Tried to call the next day and talk to Chad but was told he was going on the air and call back later.
I plan to add a rebuttal if I get the refund or at least the ring back. All I want is some answers as to why it is taking so long - I was told that within 30 days this would be taken care of- just let me know if I am due a refund or the ring back.
I did get a e-mail from JVC (read Rose from Fl- complaint) and I may need their help- hope it don't come to that.
I have been looking for Jewelry Vault's web site (how I found this) needed a copy of the return policy, guess they took it off the web. I'll have to look at my old tapes of the show. I do remember hassle free returns-
