This firm has only a number for orders 888-363-1333. If you inquire about a returned item the representatives have to refer it to another person, however, you are never given another number for inquiry on returns.
Called several times and only answer that I receive is that it is being referred to the factory but again no number provided to call this factory location. Also sent emails with no anwer through their webb site.
Buyer beware on this 30 day money back guarantee.
I am reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney's Office in Florida and California.

Jewelry Vault, Los Angeles, Ca. Received Refund

#6Author of original report

Fri, October 08, 2004

I received a credit to my account today from Jewelry Vault. Possibly spoke with a representative that knew the ropes or possibly it just takes a month or more to receive refunds. In any case, I'm very satisfied that this firm did hold true to their refund policy.

Watch Those Return Policies

Jeweler here in SA has the same return policy every Dec. The law states that the store policy must be clearly posted. He has a 10 day return policy. He closes the 25th of Dec. through the 5th of Jan. each year. Either pretty smart or a pretty big ripoff.

received a call from the customer service department regarding the refund

I spoke with a representative by the name of Jessie last evening and provided the tracking nos again for the returned merchandise. He informed me that I would receive a call from the customer service department regarding the refund.

To my surprise, I did receive a call back and their representative indicated that a refund would be generated immediately. I am now awaiting credit to my account. I will update this record when it is received.
