On February 26, 2005, I ordered a gemstone and diamond ring, received the ring and immediately noticed that for a ring of this size and supposed "QUALITY", it seemed very lightweight!

Within a week, I took the ring to a very reputable jeweler and had their appraiser check it over; much as I had thought, he picked it up, asked me some questions and told me what I dreaded to hear. The ring was indeed of poor "QUALITY" and cost entirely too much!

I returned the ring as per instructions, certified and insured, tracking it all the way; the item was signed for by A. Arjona.

And from then on, I got the same runaround, making calls and requests for refund. I talked to James, Chad, Jesse and several other reps; they all assured me to keep checking my credit card statement for the refund and verifying my name and refund amount.

Several months later, I contacted a lawyer, they sent collection letters but still no satisfaction, I filed a BBB complaint and now they don't even answer their phone. Sorry excuse for a business to be run, it is now a year later and nothing to show for it!
