Jewelry Vault Sent a ring back for refund. Never received refund. They still have ring Ripoff Los Angeles California
I ordered an aquamarine ring in Sept 2005. I returned it according to their policy. I have NEVER received my refund. I am unable to contact them by phone or mail. Chad never returns my calls. My last letter was returned, unable to delilver.
The phone is now cut off. I have contacted Jewelers Vigilance Committee and the California Attorney General without success.
I live too far away to go bang on their door. Guess I'm just out of the money. Do NOT do business with these people.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
