Ordered ring on 4/27/05 and credit card charged immediately.

Ring shipped 5/19/05 and I received about a week later. I returned the ring via USPS, insured and return receipt. They received the ring 6/3/05.

When I hadn't received the credit on my June statement I called and was told that the ring had been received and she would give her supervisor the information and I should be credited.

I check my credit card account on-line on Saturday, 7/9/05 and no credit. I called again and talked to Jack who said the ring had been received and credit had not been issued. He would turn the information in to his supervisor. He also said something about their policy of taking 30 days to inspect any jewelry returned to them before issuing credit.

When my account hadn't been credited by Monday, 7/11/05 I called again. I spoke to James who said he was a supervisor and said he would do the credit right then but it wouldn't show on my account until Friday, 7/15/05. We had a few words about that but he insisted in would take until Friday.

I checked again on Sunday, 7/17/05 and the credit hadn't been posted. Called JV at 5:34PM and was told that Chad was the supervisor, he wouldn't be in for about 30 minutes and she would give him my name and number to call me back.

When I hadn't received a call back by 7:15, I called again. I was told then that Chad was not able to take calls because he was off stage.

I called again at 7:42 PM and was told he was out sick.

I have receipts and whatever else you may need to see. Thank you for any action you may be able to take.
