I won items from this person on ebay and threw their personal website. About 2 days after i had won the item i didnt hear anything from them so i wrote them asking about payment information so i could pay. All i ever get back from them is an email saying that there haveing technical problems and it will be 48 hours before they contact me..ok its been 1 months and still no contact. I tried contacting them again yesterday and got the same email but i noticed on there website and on ebay there able to get on there and reply to all the nasty feedback other buyers are leaving for them..
Its plain and simple the items i won from this seller were very nice and i dont think they sold for the price the seller wanted so they wont contact me so that i can purchase them....
buyers beware i hope you find out about this site and read this before you buy from this seller. I wish i would have.

it has been almost 2 months since i have won items from this seller and still all i get when i try to contact them by email is a response saying there really busy and will contact me within 48 hours..well its been almost 2 months and they have time to reply to all the negative feedback they are reciving from other buyers.i have reported to ebay and plan on reporting to everyone else that it is possible to report to including there local news stations in newyork!! oh and by the way i won 2 items from this seller on there personal website to and guess what i won them the same time as i won the items from ebay and still get the same 48 hour response...i hope this seller soon learns there mistake of trying to rip-off the wrong person..

UPDATE
I was emailed by another ebay member to check out jewelrybyezra's feedback. I was told they are graying over alot of the negatives.
When I checked last night myself, they had 972 negatives,today is 966.
The other ebay member prints out their daily feedback reports.
Well, take a look for yourself,they are really trying to gray out the negatives.

This has to STOP!
Everyday this company rips off people, not just in the U.S., but in other countries.
I have found many of their stores in many languages. And Guess What? They have about just as many unhappy customers in other countries, as they do in the U.S..
This company is a world wide scammer.
Ezra,has over 6000.00 angry people who were scammed. That is only just one of their sellers.
I've traced, with help of other scammed victims, over 150 + + sellers,all with this company, and the people who were scammed are about equal, in about every store.
