I paid for items and didn't receive them; empty envelopes or broken jewelry. The other things were pure garbage! They owed me $800.00 refund & all I received was $16.20. He should be jailed for fraud!! New York New York
WARNING: This group of scammers should be put in jail for fraud! It is illegal and everyone should report their being scammed to the Post Office Fraud Division and also contact the New York City Police Department like I did. I am not the only one who has done this; I was contacted by another eBay member who had done it first.
It is about time that the people got TOGETHER and joined forces to get these guys out of business and in jail where they belong!
eBay should also be fined for allowing this to go on for SO long. PayPal won't do anything about it either! Shame on both of them!!!
Contact your own credit card company and give them proof that you were scammed. Make copies of your letters and emails. Make copies of other's complaints. Submit the proof to them and they should re-imburse you.
