Jewelrybyezra is a seller on Ebay. Also known as, EMH Group and Ambras. They also sell jewlery at AuctionRiot.com.

I ordered a ring and the payment was made on the same day of winning the auction. It has been a month and I have not received the item or my money back. I have tried to contact them via email and they sent me a telephone number. I have tried to call the number and can not get a live person on the phone. I keep getting "mailbox is full, please call back at a later time".

There are other members on Ebay that have encountered the same problem with this company. That is why I have filed a report in order to inform others to be aware of this company and their bad business deals.

I've been ripped off too

I have purchased about $2,000 worth of merchandise from jewelrybyezra in the past 2 months. Although I have received most of my items, I still have not received a whole order they state was shipped on 10/03/04. I am also owed 3 credits which I still have not received. When I email them, I get a generic email response "most frequently asked questions", when I call I can hear someone pick up the phone and then disconnect it. I have filed a complaint with Paypal as I am getting no where with Ezra. They have lousy shipping time and lousy customer service. Its a shame because most of their merchandise is beautiful. I still wait for an order paid for over 1 month ago. The only reason the newer orders are shipped quickly is because now they offer 10% if you don't receive your order in 7 days and now they use UPS instead of USPS. If you have been one of the fortunate ones that have not had a problem, thats fantastic. But, I hope you never do, because you will never get a response from jewelrybyezra. You can kiss your money goodbye.

This company has stolen money from alot of people, with no product delivered.

They are going to need people like Susan, who will stand up for them in Federal Court, for scamming.

I have been in contact, many honest, hardworking people, who they ripped off.

Just Beware, they go by several different sellers, on Ebay.

If it looks, and smells like ,Ezra,Emh, Jelelerydeals, Auctiondeals, edeals, etc.
Most likely it's THEM!!!!

Sorry, But I'm Still a Satisfied Customer

Sorry folks. I'm not calling anyone a liar or saying that some of you have not received what you paid for. However, I've probably purchased 30 items from Jewelry by Ezra over the past 2 years and have never had a problem. I've received my merchandise promptly and have always received what I bid on. Don't yell at me because you had a bad experience and I didn't -- just don't ever buy from the company again. There are those of out there who are satisfied and the public deserves to hear both sides, not just one.

I just posted my own ripoff report about this company...

sure--SOME customers will receive what they paid for, otherwise, the whole world would come down on this company!

Let's be realistic!

Common sense dictates that a reasonable fascade must be maintained for them to be able to stay in semi-business, or they wouldn't be able to maintain online access to the public and thereby retain their golden opportunity to steal from other customers.

Even if I had received my items, I certainly wouldn't put my name behind this company and post a rebuttal in their favor after reading of so many others who have been taken advantage of. In fact, I would be quite ashamed to post a comment, more or less "bragging" that I had received my items when so many others did not.

I wonder if the person who posted such a favorable comment would go so far as to put her personal or business reputation on the line in defense of these people? If not, then her comment is one that should be ignored altogether.

I wonder where she will go to post when her next shipment does not arrive? Will there be enough ketchup to cover the flavor of the crow she will have to eat when she receives a $60 ring instead of the $230 one she ordered? When she tries to return that ring and hears nothing back? When they refuse a refund? When the company goes out of business or changes "names" thereby leaving her without a leg to stand on?

I live in the real world.

No one here is saying that EVERYONE was or is being screwed over, we are all saying that WE have been, and we can prove it, and we are all upset...and I wonder about others out there who know nothing of this website?!?

Your puny rebuttal in defense of this thief was indeed published. In it, you made an implication which needs to be clarified. I will ask you again...Are you implying that the victims of this eBay predator are all lying ???

You claim to have had positive experiences with jewelrybyezra. I cannot dispute that claim. However, to imply that the thousands of people who claim to have been victimized by jewelrybyezra are liars...well, that is nothing short of incredulous.

Your Opinion gave them a chance and they will not send me my item or my money back.

Some people may have had a good experience with Jewlerybyezra. I am not going to dispute the fact that they do have people that have given them postive feedbacks on Ebay.

However, if you pay for a merchandise and don't receive it, wouldn't you be upset? Before I reported them, I have tried to contact them via email, phone and even through Ebay. I gave them a chance and they will not send me my item or my money back.

Everyone can voice their own opinion. I am glad that some of you do not have to go through the hassle that I have been going through. However, please respect that I am a consumer, just like you, who does not like to get ripped off.

Thank you.

I have purchased many items from this seller on E-Bay and have never had a problem. I just bought a pair of sapphire earrings that I think are great. Shipping has been prompt and I doubt you will publish this rebuttal.
