ebay seller - I purchased earrings on March 23, 04 paid for the earrings same date. Haven't received item.

Seller claims a tracking number (USPO) shows delivery but the Post Office has no information on the number and refers me back to the sender. I have sent this info to the seller with no response.

This seller has almost 4000 negative feedbacks from ebay buyers. Avoid this seller!
