Complaint Review: Jewelrybyezra

Purchased two Mahogany Big Wooden Jewelry boxes from them at $3.84 each, plus $2.00 shipping each. Items never showed as of December 12, 2004. Have sent multiple emails and only received one response nearly a month ago that it must be "lost in the mail" and to please be patient. Why did I have to pay for insurance if they won't refund or investigate or send another item? I could have bought only one, but they offered a second at the same price and got me again-stick the knife in deeper, why don't they? These were to be Christmas gifts, now I must go out at the last minute and purchase more items.
