I bought diamonds stud earrings and that were supposed to be of good qulaity but were actually worth less than half as much as I paid. I took them to a few jewelers and they all said i got screwed big time. The earrings were very dark with a lot of imperfection, when JewelryByNovel.com's rep told me they were of G color, SI clairyt and very very clean and bright diamonds.
This company is a scam and the employees are all liers. They will steal your money. Do not buy from them! I have reported them to the BBB.

i bought this beautiful engagement ring from this company also. after i bought it i took it in to my appraisal company and it was worth a lot more then what i paid for it. i also compared it to my friends ring that she paid much much more as i did, my ring was much shinier whiter and did not have anywhere as many black spots that my friends ring had. i would have to say i strongly believe another jeweler was trying to make you return your ring so he can win your business.
