I placed an order for a Father's Day gift (a gold dog tag pendant) for my husband on June 4, 2016. I received the design proof by email on June 6, 2016 and approved it immediately. I didn't hear anything until I received an email on June 21, 2016 saying it had been shipped and was given a tracking number. Today is now June 29, 2016, and I still have not received my purchase. The tracking information given to me still says:

I am extremely unhappy and have reached out to contact the company by their online messaging system. They do not have a working phone number so I was unable to reach someone to talk directly to them. When I emailed, they responded the next day saying: 

Hi,

Sometimes the tracking can lag (and not get updated) while the package is leaving the initial shipping facility. I will call USPS right away to see if there is a problem and will let you know of any updates.

I have sent another message asking how to request a refund because at this point, I do not believe I will ever receive my purchase. It's been nearly a month since I've ordered it, and it's well past Father's Day at this point. I'm extremely unhappy and do not recommend this company!
