Jewels By The Sea ripoff I bought the chain and Bracelet and I've Got the chain He kept the Bracelet Rehoboth Beach Delaware
I went to Delawere in "Jewels By The Sea" to buy the Jewels and then I don't have enought money,I put them in layway after few months I paid off. They send the "chain" to me and they keep the bracelet. I called them,I said were is the bracelet,they said I didn't paid for it, I've got receit and He said fax to me I did after he said it lost..............................
