I initally purchased one opal parcel as one tanzanite one carat stone. This was my first purchase with them. There was no notification that one should always insure your purchase if lost or stolen by the inividuals or entity delevering the items. The postal service indicated that my purchase was delivered to my address. I never recieved the items. I let the company know about it, tried to file a claim and was initally told by their customer service rep that legal docs would be sent and I would get a partial refund. That never happened. Instead the claim was denied due to the postal service info of delivery, although I explained to the rep that it hadn't been received.

Got no where with the two other reps, wanted a supervisor to contact me about it. A supervisor contacted me, spoke very little, was eating on the phone while he handed my call, was extremely  uncaring/ rude and unhelpful! They should warn consumers to insure their expensive purchases prior to buying. They also should let us know that they are not delivering the items through something more reliable than the postal service. Now I am out a couple hundred dollars and no one even cares to help. Rude, unreliable, and un- knowledgeable staff affiliated with this company!!! What a terrible experience!!!
