I am not the only one.

Was sold to a promise of many full fee referrals by advertising through their internet site and Kosher yellow pages.

No referrals came to fruition.

Ready to accept my loses and on 10/17/2016, exactly 18 months after I had signed a contract which bound for an 18 month advertising service, I received a call that I failed to cancel my contract 3 days before by email, except their email is no where to be found on the contract or on their website. I am now obliged to pay for a second year because of an autorenwal clause printed in the back of a document when my signature was required on the front. I was never made aware of a back page and if this was indeed a proper contract, my signature should come at the end of the terms and conditions of the contract. I was accused of not reading the contract when i had signed it and was then told that they would offer me a discount rate if I agree to settle the balance. I requested in writing to have my contract be terminated and was denied because I owed them money. They send me a revised contract that agree to cancel the autorenewal clause as long as I paid them by a certain date.

I forwarded the documents to my attorney who noted that this was a faulty contract and I would be able to claim a case in legal actions. I have also requested that all coorespondences be conducted by writing or email while I am preparing for legal action.

Since 10/17/16, I have received calls, up to 3-4 a day during workdays (of which I have information on specific time, date, and person who called), from Jewish Marketing Solutions demanding that I call them to settle my invoice. They are a business that does not value a physician's duty to put their patients first and care more about collecting money from their clients.  I have also been threatened that my account will be forwarded to a collecton agency by a certain date if I do not settle my invoice. I have also had members of their collective team leave messages such as "I will work with you if you will work with me" to settle this balance. It has only been a month and their aggressive collection tactics is bordering on harassment. I am saving all their messages, time and dates of calls as data to build my case in court. I have already submitted a complaint to the NYS Attorney General Office.

I feel it is important for others to be informed and aware of the nature of their business practice and to exercise caution when working with this company. I am sure some may have benefitted from their services, but for those that haven't, they need to back off from their greed and allow their clients to terminate their contracts without giving them a harassing struggle.
